How to make fan art:
-create an account on photobucket, tinypic, or some other website for editing photos.
-look for the picture that you want to use for the background of your fan art.
-click ''edit'' to add text, stickers, effects, and more to the picture.
-after you're done editing the picture, give the person the fanart using the ''direct link'' (photobucket.)

How to make layouts:
-make the background of the layout the same way you would make fanart, maybe adding in a few text boxes or whatever you would want to put into the layout.
-Use the following codes... (explained after)
code for layout:

-use the codes above to make the layout and the scroll box(es).
-insert the background url (the fanart, or background of the layout) where it says in the code.
-adjust the colored parts of the code, according to the height and width of your layout and scroll boxes. (leave the ''px'')
